Death Sealed Covenant (DSC) was formed in October 2009, founded by James Granger and Chris Bourke. The band was formed at a school called DeLaSalle High School in Minneapolis when all members were in the 9th grade (freshman).

Formation

Death Sealed Covenant (DSC) was formed in October of 2009, founded by James Granger and Chris Bourke. While all members were in 9th grade at DeLaSalle high school, though things didn't really get started for a year or so. Though since December of 2010, things have been picking up. DSC is constantly looking for shows and writing new material to play. So come see us sometime, and have a blast

Death Sealed Covenant is a Metal, Christian Metal, and Metalcore band. The compare themselves to As I Lay Dying. They have numerous influences such as As I Lay Dying, Demon Hunter, Living Sacrifice, Haste The Day, Bullet For My Valentine, War of Ages, Slayer, Megadeth, Atreyu, Children of Bodom, Motorhead, Metallica, Sepulura, NWA, Anthrax, Metallica, Death, Cannibal Corpse, Immortal Technique, Suicidal Tendencies, Suicide Silence, The Beatles, Killswitch Engage, and many more.

In 2010 they played there first show at the SOS club for an MDR booking Metal of the Bands.
