All About Me, Really

Born on a crisp May morning in the backs of the Shanaguh River, James Degrassi better known to the world as Deadpool! would soon take the world by storm with his potent mix of endearing charm, social graces, and his zen-like relationship with his favorite dangerous weapon, a Kitana named Ruby Delight. Trained in over 40 style of Martial Arts, including but not limited to, Jujitsu, Open-Palm Crane, Close-Palm Crane, Drunken Monkey Dance, Last Call Gazelle, and Eye of the Newt, Deadpool James strikes fear into the hearts of many men.

Deadpool is currently affiliated with Cable and the super-hero team known as the X-Force in the Marvel Universe. Portrayed as a rogue anti-hero equipped with the sardonic wit of a boastful poet, Deadpool's keen sense of independence results in his minimal allegiance to any one goal or group for very long time. This acute form of independence gives Deadpool a close sense of fraternity to heroes who are marked with characteristics of mystifying elusiveness and pragmatic reluctantancy in joining a group, let alone fighting the good fight: Shadow in Final Fantasy VI, Vincent Valentine in Final Fantasy VII, Batman, Spike in Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Han Solo in Star Wars, and Wolverine in X-Men. Notably, the anti-hero's reluctance in involving himself in epic battles between two opposing forces has very little if anything to do with cowardice or lack of convictions, but is rather driven by a detached cynicism which views conflict on a cost-benefit basis, agreeing to commission a job if the price is right or if the rewards are great.

Political Aspirations

Deadpool has no time for politics...he fights to win the heart of his true love Bea Arthur while making sure that the evil of clowns does not go unpunished. Clowns are one of the greatest threats to humnaity at this time. If you want political aspirations look up Cable the other half of the comic duo from the pages of Cable and Deadpool. Cable is the one with the Jesus complex and major hopes for a better tomorrow. Deadpool pretty much just blows stuff up.....and kills people.
