  • USAF Roundel July 26, 1999: An American AH-64 crashed while training in Albania. The two pilots survived.
  • USAF Roundel May 5, 1999: An American AH-64 helicopter crashed about 40 miles (64 km) northeast of Tirana, Albania's capital, very close to the Albanian/Kosovo border. The two pilots died.

  • USAF Roundel April, 2002: Apache helicopter crash-lands outside of Kandahar[4]
  • USAF Roundel August 29, 2004: A Dutch AH-64D Apache, designation Q-20, crashes near Kabul, slightly injuring one crew member.[5]
  • USAF Roundel April 28, 2006 A US AH-64 Apache helicopter crashed north of Qalat, Afghanistan. Pilot survived with minor injuries, while co-pilot/gunner 1LT Daniel McConnell suffered a traumatic amputation of right arm.[6]
  • USAF Roundel July 2, 2006: A US AH-64 Apache out of Kandahar air base crashes, killing one pilot CW3 William Timothy Flanigan and injuring the other.[7]
  • IAF Roundel July 20, 2006: Two Israeli Air Force AH-64 Apache helicopters collided in northern Israel, near Kiryat Shmona. A pilot was killed and three others were injured.[8]
  • IAF Roundel July 24, 2006: Another IAF AH-64 Apache helicopter crash landed north of Safed as a result of an accident, killing the two pilots.[9][10]
  • RAF Roundel September 4, 2008: A British Army Air Corps Apache AH1 crashed shortly after takeoff in Helmand province. Both crew members were unhurt.[11]
