David Trumbull is Vice President, International Trade, National Textile Association (USA) where he has been employed since 1994. He also works for the Cashmere and Camel Hair Manufacturers Institute and the American Flock Association, both part of the National Textile Association. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent in all areas of U.S. textile trade laws and regulation and international textile agreements. He also is knowledgeable about the domestic U.S. textile industry and its issues in international trade matters.
