Positive Value Giving (abreviated as PVG) was first coined by Daniel Travolto in December 2008.
It is a philosophy of living which relates to Karma and Ying Yang. Similar to Karma, it believes that value generating activities are rewarded with good fortune. It is important that these value generating activities be positive. For example not just giving but giving from the heart.
Unlike Karma, which believes that rewards can happen in another lifetime, PVG theory believes that once enough value generation has been done it will return immediately. Example: the business man created a product and helped many people. The business man was rewarded with great fortune. With PVG it does not matter the conditions you were born into nor what you did in your previous life.
For PVG to work, one must maximize the amount of good deeds. An example would be that instead of teaching one person try teaching many people at once. Instead of giving to one, give to many. Additionally, it must be given to anyone and everything equally. Which means favoring person A but hurting person B will neutralize the net effect of PVG. There must be enough net PVG for it to come back in other forms.
typical PVG experiences
A man helped a person and the person became his friend and told somebody else who then helped him. Because he helped so many people they started coming to him and enjoyed his company. A woman found out about this and fell in love with him. They married and they had children.
PVG does not equal love
love is an unconditional while PVG is not. One can do PVG solely for his own advantage but because of the nature of PVG it is always a Win-win situation
PVG is not related to the Law of Attraction which is regarded as more metaphysical.
