He become a disability right champion after completing his secondary school education in 2014 and become the founder of DABASO WATAMU PERSON WITH DISABILITY ORGANIZATION and the founder of DANIELFONDO FOUNDATION The disability department head in CBEM AFRICA.

Daniel Fondo joined the Young African leadership initiative and become an alumni of YALI REAGIONAL CENTER EAST AFRICA in 2020. Daniel Fondo is went to jusnet business institute and did deploma in human resource management. 2017 become a committee member of NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FUND kilifi county and NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND KILIFI NORTH.
