This list of tallest buildings in New York outside of New York City ranks skyscrapers in New York State by height, excluding New York City. The tallest building in New York State outside of New York City is the Erastus Corning Tower, a 44 floor office building that rises 589 feet (180 meters). It has held that record since it's completion in 1966. Even still, this building is not as tall as the lowest buildings in the list of tallest buildings in New York City.
