Development
[edit]The core business of PIC is development of this application. Customer needs and requests are the primary drivers of development. Once a design is agreed upon, programming tasks move through a dev/qa/live coding sequence across separate web and database servers.
Customer programming requests are solicited during periodic User Group meetings as well as during Implementation.
Implementation
[edit]The implementation process begins with a series of discovery meetings with the customer. During this time, migration of existing data, software function changes, and departmental buy-in are identified.
Prior to going live, the customer receives "Boot Camp" training, where key customer departmental leaders receive personal, one-on-one training.
