I am a martial arts instructor living in Orange County, California. My martial art of choice is Wing Chun for its intelligent and economic use of leverage and sensitivity in hand-to-hand combat.

I also am involved with martial arts publishing and philanthropic work.

Other hobbies include guitar, web design and surfing.
