'Mnumzane Ricky Ncube (born february 21,1998) known professionally as Don Gabos is an african rapper,singer,songwriter and record producer.
Early life
[edit]Mnunzana Ncube was born on February 21, 1998, in Harare, Mabvuku, Zimbabwe, to a Swazi father, Royal Ridgeman Ncube and a Ndebele mother Sithembiso.He has two brothers and he is the first born. The family was based in Mabvuku when Mnunzana was born.Mnunzana`s father was a trucker and he spent a lot of time not at home.Mnunzana used to practise singing throughout his childhood,before tragically finding out that his father had died due to a rare disease.After his father`s death his mother then had to take the boys to Bulawayo.After her husband`s death,Sithembiso moved with Don and his brothers to bulawayo in her parent`s house.Their financial condition was poor and she started selling cream doughnuts and cleaning people`s houses to support the family.
In high school Don Gabos was not doing well in his studies and he then started to be serious with his acappella music.
