HOW CAN YOU BECOME A GREAT TEACHING PROFESSIONAL? The Prologue Why Have I written this Book? I often hear that most of the education systems in the world are faulty. I also come to know that ‘poor education’ is the prime cause of a country’s backwardness. When I put a thought over these facts, I felt like I should say something to this world, more particularly, to the world of the teaching fraternity. What can a teacher tell another teacher? One teacher may have a few interesting experiences to his/her credit that the other teacher may not have. One teacher’s productivity might be greater than the others. One teacher’s influence would be far more than the others. If the experiences are shared mutually, they lead to the betterment of each other. I felt the need for this mutual sharing. My other observation is that some teaching professionals and owners of educational institutions are still following the outdated methods and the traditional approaches which are not suitable for present-day classrooms.
