Introduction

My name is Yangchen Lama and currently, I am a senior at York College, The City University of New York. My major is Marketing.

Wikipedia Project

I created this page as part of a project for my I/O Psychology class taught by Dr. William Ashton. I am learning how to edit Wikipedia for this course so as to:

1. To learn I/O Pysch Content
2. To develop writing skills
3. To develop an understanding of crowdsourcing
4. To reflect upon the value of Wikipedia
5. To reflect upon my ability to create knowledge
6. To develop self directed planning and follow up

Goals for my Wikipedia Project

• To use basic Wikipedia Markup Language
• To make several edits to other Wikipedia articles in the area of I/O Pyschology
• To explore the use of Wikipedia
