example: when you try to attack with your hand and feet behind your back during a fight, your angle of 30 (which represent your straight body posture) becomes open to your opponent, As a result, the chances of avoiding an attack from the front are reduced and you could get easily attacked by the opponent, Otherwise, in the case of defending with the rear arms and legs, the chances of attacking from the front are higher. Due to the proximity of the front hand and foot to opponent.

This hand-held sequence is used in DBA (Defense By Attack) method.

At the moment there are more ways to kill in a fight than to avoid an opponent who are in all sorts of styles and pay more attention to those methods, Defensing skills are almost extinct.
