But I do love Wikipedia, and from time to time I may work on articles in categories that I care about, such as philosophy and science. I think it is very important to always be civil and follow the wikipedia etiquette.

One of the principles of Wikipedia Etiquette is to recognize one's own biases and to keep them in check. It is in the spirit of this principle that I acknowledge I am an atheist, and a humanist. I believe that truth can only be found by scientific inquiry and rational discourse where statements and claims are supported by facts and arguments.
