Les Crowley is a former Infantryman in the United States Army. Crowley was awarded Soldier of the Year twice while serving with the 24th Infantry Division and later in the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, GA. Crowley later served as an instructor at the South Carolina Army National Guard Sniper School at Fort Jackson, South Carolina from 1996 until 1999; where he basic marksmanship, field expedient firing positions, ballistics, ghillie suit construction, and selection and occupation of firing positions.

After military service, he was educated in Chemical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Technology; working for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Crowley created Carolina Control Concepts LLC in 2016 in Greenville, South Carolina.
