Business Success Team is a business networking and referral organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This organization was formed by several members of a Business Networking International (BNI) chapter, who were unhappy with some of the policies and procedures of BNI. They desired to have more flexibility in how their organization was run and how members of the organization were selected and approved for membership.

Business Success Team was formed in 2008 and initially met at a restaurant in Pleasant Hill, CA. Vanessa Nielson, Jeffrey Unalp, Jim Marshall, Roy Howett, Bob Jones and Clay Selland were the founding members of the organization.
