The Short Snorter Project is the signing of a short snorter, or a banknote which was inscribed by people traveling together to different events. The tradition was started by Bush flyers in the 1920's. It started in Alaska and spread through the military and commercial aviations.[1]

History

The tradition was started in the 1920's in Alaska, United States. Bush flyers started the tradition, which resulted in spreading threw the United States military. When the short snorter was signed, the collector would have to produce it upon request, if not, they are bounded to give the signer a drink.[1]
