It should not be a matter of the world of crime and it is not a matter of military and Satbir Gurjar.  According to the police file, in 1985, Mahendra Fauji and Satbir Gurjar of Mewla Bhatti village of Baisla Gurjaro in Loni were at the top of the list of notorious miscreants of Western UP.  It is alleged that the parties used to name them.  Later, both the names started appearing in extortion and kidnapping.  In those days, the dominance of military and Satbir had increased so much that people of western UP still shiver in their name.
