Everyone knows that someone, usually attractive, who flirts with or otherwise enamours a person, but does not reciprocate their love. Something that causes sorrow, grief or extreme disappointment are called heartbreakers or playboys.Of course they should be famous when they have to flirt with many girls or to have many fans.
