what do i think i'm playing at? well, there is a large amount of information about the muggletonians available but it is scattered all over the shop. it seems useful to try to bring it all together in one place - such as wikipedia. this is a huge task. i'm also aware that the existing secondary literature is almost exclusively seen through the eyes of academic historians of the english civil war. as points of view go, this is a very good one to have, but it is still a point of view and it is sometimes at the expense of the inner meaning of muggletonians beliefs. in other words, muggletonians sometimes are left feeling they been hijacked by the nicest kind of bandit. maybe it is possible to bend the twig back in some ways without peeing off those historians to whom we should all be grateful. my only rule is to try to avoid deleting anyone else's previous contribution. otherwise, i couldn't give a jonathan. with love, coxparra

ok, what do i think i'm playing at now it's june 2009? i'm trying to get more of a handle on revelation as basis of muggletonian beliefs. however, the published sources shy away from this angle so it will be difficult to turn it into something citable for wikipedia. difficult, but not impossible.
