[edit]Rule of Saint Benedict
The majority of the page is on track following the impact of the Rule of Saint Benedict, however within the Origins tab it goes into detail of Christian monasticism and how this lead to the development of the abbot.
This article maintains a relatively neutral position only breaking away from that when some inferences on Benedict's decision making process and his intentions behind the creation of his Rule.
All viewpoints appeared to be equally represented, as their are summaries of each chapter within the article gave adequate information.
The links and citations all appeared to work and bring me to my expected destination. There was one slightly confusing citation that connected to a public domain copy of the Rule of Saint Benedict.
As this is a religious topic, much of the information is linked through christian writings which in turn favor their decisions naturally. This bias is not noted, however as the writings themselves may be the ones biased this article accurately reflects the information available.
Many of the contemporary sources are dated to the 1970's which may appear out of date, however as this topic pertains to a script written int he fifth century not much new information is available.
Check out the Talk page of the article. What kinds of conversations, if any, are going on behind the scenes about how to represent this topic?
I did not notice any wiki projects discussion, but much of the talk was pertaining to interpreting certain phrases of the Rule of Saint Benedict.
This article is able to dive into the complex working of religious practices.
