Julian Bell (American politician)
Dr. Julian William Bell is an American intensive care unit physician who ran for the office of governor in Oregon's 2016 democratic primary. He founded Hair On Fire Oregon, a climate activism, in 2013 which was instrumental in blocking the Jordan Cove LNG pipeline in Coos Bay and in promoting Oregon's House Bill 1374 and Senate Bill 1570 in the 2015 and 2016 legislative sessions.
