Oswego is known for it's beautiful lakes, rough winters, and cocaine distribution, dating back decades. Oswego, New York, has a long dark history of deep corruption, missing people, unsolved crimes and innocent incarcerated. The corruption climbs from the bottom up. Cocaine drops, private airport, fires exposing over 500 million in cocaine left in planes in the 80's. Yet, no one knows who owned it. It's a back woods style county, where the Sheriff runs the county and his brother is a judge. Where files can vanish, those who committed serious crimes walk free or are never tried, or tried just enough so they can committ acts of murder and are sentenced to two years. To incarcerate the innocent on high profile case, with no evidence, the DA uses jail house snitches to seal the deal. It's a place where murderers walk free, drugs flourish, town clerks, firemen, town board members, steal tax payers funds, on an upward scale of $800,000. Where suicides are high, and actual murders coverd up. It's a place you are stalked, and you can vanish as you walk down the road or as you are working at as a simple cashier at a corner store. Those who vanish are never found. They make them disappear. Most families have no answers to the crimes. One example is missing Heidi Allen. A high stakes case, missing over 3 decades. Still she has never been found. An innocent man incarcerated for the crime, to cover up the crimes of local authority exposing Allen as a CI, not one ever warned her. A place you can openly commit acts of perjury and leave the stand without facing charges. A place cops inform you, "if you did do it. Don't worry you aren't in any trouble." A place where lies, corruptions and drugs run this lake coastal area. A place where serial killers stand beside you in line. Where cops shake the hands of prime suspects in kidnappings and arrest any one exercising their constutional rights against the criminals, that have done harm in their community. A place they now call OZ. Because those in power, those behind the curtains, are the ones who control every thing that goes on.
