In case anyone is looking here, there should be a term, other than "American", to describe those who inhabit the United States of America. "Death to America" is not a terribly arranged sound bite, it just lacks purpose. What anti-agrarian politician would be taken seriously who calls a group of subsidized farmers "those dang claim jumpers?"

I don't recall if that question mark goes inside or outside of the closing quotation mark.

I don't mean to say that the U.S. is pure evil, either.
