The Mutants; an imaginary game of two boys The Mutants was an imaginary game that two lonely Kindergarten boys created together to feel like they meant something. They were sometimes made fun of, discarded, and even unjustly ridiculed, so this game gave them a sense of power and meaning over their oppressors. It all started as an alien(Michael;Mikal) crashing in a campsite and encountering another alien(Razor Gold; Alien Mask). Both of them form an alliance to stop the imposing evil that caused both of them to wind up stranded and the last of their kind. They take on human form and venture into the unknown woods, following a vision they simultaneously had that leads them to a pair of glowing gauntlets that Michael had lost in his crash which didn't have an origin until Mutants Generation 4 a few years later, but in this time all we know is that they grant Michael the ability to change his form into someone stronger, a form of satire towards one of the boys(Chuck) who always felt like he was never good enough to do something. Next to the gauntlets is a mask that Razor Gold could use to mimic other lifeforms and even other objects. They took their artifacts and made a blood bond to defeat the darkness that plagued both of their worlds. More in Mutants Next Gen.
