Conner Duncan (professionally known as connerfivesos or conner5sos) is a Spanish-American guitarist and singer. He known as "cønner hemmings" on YouTube. He posts guitar covers of songs by bands such as Blink 182, All Time Low, Green Day, 5 Seconds of Summer, Pierce The Veil, Asking Alexandria, and many other bands that are pop punk, metalcore, deathcore, etc.

Early life

Conner was born on September 18th, 2002 in Rota, Spain to his unnamed mother and father. He lived in Spain until he was three years old, and then he moved to New York State. He currently resides there and he stated that he plans to move to Las Vegas when he graduates from high school. He is currently in eighth grade.

He said in an old YouTube video that he almost got held back in sixth grade due to poor grades. Luckily, he made it through seventh and got to eighth. He stated that he is doing much better in school and won't have to take summer school this summer.

Inspirations

Conner states that his biggest inspirations are pop punk bands such as All Time Low, Blink-182, 5 Seconds of Summer, We The Kings, Fall Out Boy, Neck Deep, State Champs, and A Day To Remember He is also inspired by other bands of different genres. These bands include Pierce The Veil, Sleeping With Sirens, Suicide Silence, Of Mice & Men, Bring Me The Horizon, and so on. He mentioned in a YouTube video that his two favorite bands are All Time Low and 5 Seconds of Summer, and that his favorite song by All Time Low is Therapy and that his favorite song by 5 Seconds of Summer is Good Girls.

Career

He started playing guitar when he received a black and white Fender Stratocaster for Christmas. He then started posting guitar covers on YouTube. The first cover he posted was a guitar cover of the song She's Kinda Hot by the Australian pop punk band 5 Seconds of Summer. It received numerous likes and positivity, so he posted a guitar cover of So Long, Soldier, a song by the American pop punk band All Time Low. For copyright reasons, the cover immediately got taken down. Before Conner got a guitar, he was posting vocal covers of many other pop punk bands.
