Communist Poptart is a Discord User which also goes by the name of Communist Poptart#0101, their profile picture is of a Genshin Impact character named Childe or Tartaglia mixed with a soviet union flag in the background, They have founded 2 servers, Divine Syndicate & Imperium, Divine Syndicate was an old server that Poptart has now been abandoned due to almost no traffic, Their integration of a new system called the "Faction War" system has recently stuck with Poptart, They have recently opened up a new server with brand new features and still having the same system, this new server goes by the name of Imperium due to Poptart really liking the Roman Empire but they have put a twist on it, a lot of it has become fantasy, Poptart says that "its to expand upon the servers updates", The server has now been integrated into many platforms, Poptart has also created a website for the server which Poptart almost never imagined to happen but due to his ambitions Poptart managed to fight through the hardships and get a website running, Poptart is now running a small but fairly content heavy server which is only operated by Poptart
