[edit]with Teams, its easy to keep in the loop with teams when you can have all the students from one class in one team and have a easy feed to the classes for event organising and communication between staff and student
to start a chat
[edit]Select the down arrow to the far right of the To field and type a name for the chat in the Group name field. Then, type the names of the people you’d like to add in the To field. his starts a new conversation. Everyone who has access to the group chat can send messages.
To make calls
[edit]To dial a number from Teams, go to Calls button , click Dial a number, and then enter the number of the person you want to reach by using the dial pad. Then click Call button
to make a private channel
[edit]Step 1: Go to the team you want to create the private channel for and choose More options More options button > Add channel.
Step 2: Enter a name and description for your channel
Step 3: Under Privacy, select the down arrow on the right, and then select Private – Accessible only to a specific group of people within the team.
Step 4: Select Add. This adds a private channel to the team.
Managing Teams
[edit]Management tools for teams are under the Teams node in the Microsoft Teams admin centre. (In the admin centre, select Teams > Manage teams.) Each team is backed by a Microsoft 365 Group, and this node provides a view of groups that have been Microsoft Teams-enabled in your organisation.
Record a meeting in teams
[edit]Step 1: Start or join the meeting.
Step 2: To start recording, go to the meeting controls and select More options button > Start recording.
Step 3: To stop recording, go to the meeting controls and select More options More options button > Stop recording
