Cody Primavera originally registered with Wikipedia in order to provide evidence for the discovery of a fictitious flower, Dulcis foetidis. While the subsequent post was rightly removed, it formed the basis for a notable psychology experiment at the 2010 British Science Festival involving the discovery of the 'Greatest Smell on Earth'. This event was coordinated between representatives of the Psychology Department at Aston University, BBC Midlands Today and the British Science Association. It was broadcast on BBC Midlands Today news during the festival on Thursday 16th September, 2010.

As the user is a science communicator, they are now using the account to further the accuracy and range of science related disciplines.
