[edit]Sandra McCoy was born in Laurinburg, NC. where she was also raised McColl, South Carolina. Her mother, Lorraine Sampson, worked Campbell Soup. Her father, Charles Sampson, worked for Glasses Factory. Her Sister, Tammie Goff is a manager in Maxton, North Carolina.
She is Deaf since she was 18 months old, she is the youngest mother of five children.

Her book write "Hard Road, Easy Riding: Deaf Biker lady" ISBN 978 0 557 07600 0.Deaf Biker Lady is a motorcycle journalist and photograph of the book & Magazines, which captures the spirit of woman riding motorcycles on life's open highways. She developed the popular www.deafbikerlady.com website, which receives thousands of visitors monthly. She can usually be found riding the highways of custom Harley-Davidson motorcycle she affectionately calls "Run Escape" through her creative outlets and endeavors, she looks forward to spreading the message of empowerment through self-discovery. based upon her personal road journeys and love for the open road and riding motorcycles.
