- This article highlights the issues surrounding on-line harassment and asks whether potential victims are adequately protected by existing national laws. It also examines the unique law enforcement problems which the Internet presents as well as addressing the implications legal regulation of the Internet may have for free speech and privacy on-line. Non-legal means of tackling harassment on the Internet are also explored.
