AJ Mediratta (born Ajata Mediratta but commonly and professionally known as AJ) is co-president of Greylock Capital Management, LLC (Greylock Capital), an alternative investment adviser specializing in emerging market fixed-income strategies. Mr. Mediratta joined Greylock Capital Management as a Portfolio Manager in June 2008, following the acquisition of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc by JPMorgan Chase, became a Partner in August 2009 and Co-President with Hans Humes in October 2012.
Most recently, Mr. Mediratta headed the Belize $300 million bondholder restructuring committee following the Belize sovereign debt default. [1][2].
Mr. Mediratta also appears regularly on television and is covered in print media as a commentator on emerging market investment trends. [3] [4] [5]

[edit]Mr. Mediratta was born in (city/state) and graduated from the Choate Rosemary Hall school in 1983. He attended Williams College, where he earned a BA in Economics in 1987. He subsequently earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in 1992 and received his CFA charter in 1995.
