My name is Christine Mbakwe and I am interested in health, especially the areas of biological security/bioterrorism and disease control. I am also developing a growing interest in medical journalism and narrative medicine. I hope to contribute to discussions about the relationships between genes and the emergence of diseases and how an understanding of this relationship can impact research on therapeutic strategies and developments.
