Major & A Little Bit About Me

[edit]

I am a marketing major in the COB here at OSU. Oregon State University College of Business I started out as pre-pharmacy however simply could not afford to go to school for that so changed to a marketing degree to hopefully have the opportunity to still work closely with the healthcare field. I really enjoy running, outside--I hate running on a treadmill, i feel like it is a waste of beautiful days, and chances to get muddy. Wilsonville High School Cross Country. I also really enjoy lounging about the couch all day watching tv or movies. I don't get very many days off between work and school so when I get the chance to be lazy I jump (rather slow-crawl) on it. Two places that I have visited include Niagara Falls and the Grand Canyon. Both of those were amazing experiences. One place I have not been able to visit yet is Crater Lake here in Oregon--which sucks because I Have lived in the Portland area my whole life. Crater Lake

Thoughts On Group Work

[edit]
  • I really enjoy working in groups because it brings fresh ideas to the group and project that make the project more unique.
  • I also really enjoy getting the opportunity to meet new people.
    • I hope that we all are able to communicate well and are able to meet up outside of class we are in now--despite, I'm sure all having tight schedules.
  • Some things I dislike--those who do not show up until the very end and screw us over! DO NOT DO THIS!
  • I also hope you all will tell me if I am being a steamroller with ideas--I can get carried away and just need a heads up if this is the way you are feeling and I will calm down, I promise.

I am looking forward to working with you guys and I think this will be a truly great project.
