The New Ark Hotel(新方舟宾馆), located in Changsha city, Hunan province, China, is a 50 metre high, 15 floor, steel structured, prefabricated building which was assembled in less than 137 hours(more than 46 hours creating frame and 90 hours laying walls) in June 2010.
The building is built and owned by Broad Group[1], an air conditioner builder who previously assembled their 6 floor pavilion in Shanghai expo 2010 in 15 hours on Mar.6, 2010.
