City Wide Property Services, Inc. (City Wide),^[1] is an American corporation based in Northern California and serving Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas.

City Wide services include commercial property maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep.

Founded in 2000 by husband/wife team Albert and Janee Rodriguez, the business began in Stockton California out of a garage and has since grown to a multi-million dollar company employing several hundreds.
