Glenn Paul Carraro (April 17, 1968) is an American National Basketball Association Executive with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Carraro's professional basketball career spans some 18 years.

Early Life

Carraro was raised on Long Island, NY by his father George P. Carraro, [insert occupation] and mother [insert mother's first and maiden name], a homemaker. Carraro, an only child, served as an alter boy to [insert the name of the church] until the age of [?} 14. It was also through this period that Carraro developed a love for sports and basketball in particular.

Excelling in community sports youth league (name?) Carraro was encouraged by his coaches and friends to tryout for {insert name of school team] in [insert year]. Carraro was named to the team and [started?] in the [?} position where he lettered. Upon reaching high school [year], Carraro made the Sachem High School? [insert the name of school] (JV?) team and later the varsity team all while playing the ? position. Carraro began his association with the National Basketball Association in 1995 with the New York Knickerbockers organization as a sports management trainee.

Proving his mettle, Carraro was soon thereafter Carraro was promoted to Manager of New York Knicks Youth Basketball Summer Camp (insert year).

In 1997 Carraro was named Player Personnel Coordinator.

During Carraro's association with the Knicks, the team made at least the Eastern Conference semi-finals each year. It was in Carraro's final year (1999) with the Knicks that the team made their last Finals appearance (losing to the San Antonio Spurs).

In 2000, Carraro moved west to Los Angeles after receiving an offer to join the Los Angeles Lakers Club as [waterboy] Assistant to the General Manager Mitch Kupchak.
