Sem Japhet Former preacher of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the Republic of Namibia (ELCRN), Sem Japhet is aged (32), and a fellow worshipper, Eunice Nakapunda (66), made a first court appearance on 15 charges of fraud of N$700 000, alternatively theft, and one count of theft.Sem Japhet was granted a $50 000 bail, and his fellow Eunice Nakapunda was also granted a bail of $20 000.[1]
