[edit]The Volvo b5l is a hybrid bus powered by a non-diesel fuel motor, currently being used in European countries.[2]. This volvo bus can save up to 35% on fuel consumption and reduces the out put of carbon dioxide (green house gases). The bus is powered by an acid battery which is not dependent on fuel.[3]. The vehicle will also be quieter because the reduction of diesel engines. The operation to make this bus is also considerably cheeper.
