https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/fishcooking/pv2qRXuPzag I have the lates build of Stockfish (060817) but it can't see correct move in some positions and gives it a wrong evaluation until it digs to a 24 move deep. 1) FEN 1q6/3k1p1p/3p2pK/3P1PP1/7Q/p5P1/P7/3r4 w - - 0 1 The right move is 1. Qa4+ Ke7 2. Qxd1 which leads to (0.00) and other moves leads to black wins.

2) FEN 8/3P3k/n2K3p/2p3n1/1b4N1/2p1p3/6P1/3B4 w - - 0 1 The right moves are 1. Nf6+ Kg7 2. Nh5+ Kg6 3. Bc2+ Kxh5 4. d8=Q Kg3 but it's really hard for Stockfish to find that. It doesn't really looks for 3. Bc2+ as it's first 15 optional moves. Why? Can it be fixed?
