Emenogu Charles Ikeagwuchi (born 21 July 1990). Popularly known as CHARLEZ STEVE is a Architect, Visual Artist, Educator. Charlez steve is the CEO/Director CIE ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGNS LTD. An Architectural firm that handles all kinds of construction, art and art education, and the environment generally.

Charlez steve is a native of Aboh mbaise, Imo state in Nigeria. He comes from a family of eight children. He is a graduate of Architecture from the prestigious Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Imo state. He grew up in Port harcourt, as a boy he learnt Arts from the Dad, he taught him all the basics and fundamentals of Arts. He then grew his passion and took up Architecture and Arts as a career.
