A new yet distinct period of todays history holding particular characteristics in ethnic entrepreneurship, influenced by a sole proprietor. The proprietor usually works with a team whom he or she has employed. The team is strategically selected by the sole proprietor to uphold the ethnic background in order to fulfill the success of ethnic entrepreneurs. The proprietor receives all profits and takes full responsibility for any losses or debt the project faces.
