[edit]Ebenezer Mensah is a dedicated and versatile professional with a background in software engineering, client relations, and information security. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Brigham Young University – Idaho[2], where he was recognized as a BYU-I Scholarship Grant recipient[3]. Throughout his academic journey, Ebenezer demonstrated leadership by serving as a Heber J. Grant Mentor[4], supporting fellow students in their educational pursuits.
His career began in 2016 with Farah Experiences[5] where he gained extensive experience in guest relations and safety within various Miral Experiences properties, including Warner Brothers World Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan, and Ferrari World. As a Guest Relations & Safety Specialist, Ebenezer honed his skills in customer service, problem-solving, and client engagement, making significant contributions to visitor experience in Abu Dhabi.
Transitioning to the technology sector, Ebenezer completed a pivotal internship as an Information Security Risk & Compliance Analyst at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints[6] in Utah, collaborating with the Risk Services Team.
