Ebenezer Mensah is a dedicated and versatile professional with a background in software engineering, client relations, and information security. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Brigham Young University – Idaho[2], where he was recognized as a BYU-I Scholarship Grant recipient[3]. Throughout his academic journey, Ebenezer demonstrated leadership by serving as a Heber J. Grant Mentor[4], supporting fellow students in their educational pursuits.

His career began in 2016 with Farah Experiences[5] where he gained extensive experience in guest relations and safety within various Miral Experiences properties, including Warner Brothers World Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan, and Ferrari World. As a Guest Relations & Safety Specialist, Ebenezer honed his skills in customer service, problem-solving, and client engagement, making significant contributions to visitor experience in Abu Dhabi.

Transitioning to the technology sector, Ebenezer completed a pivotal internship as an Information Security Risk & Compliance Analyst at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints[6] in Utah, collaborating with the Risk Services Team. During this internship, he focused on cloud security, risk assessments, and evaluating emerging technologies, which enriched his understanding of cybersecurity in a corporate environment.

Ebenezer is skilled in data visualization, with four years of experience using Power BI and Tableau, and he holds an embedded systems certificate. His experience extends to software development, where he is currently working on a mobile app project for Adom Healthcare LLC[7]. This app will enable customers to order products, submit prescriptions, and receive notifications when their medications are ready for pick-up, enhancing customer convenience.[8]
