Life and career
Dr. Cavit GÖKTAŞ was born in Iskenderun Hatay in 1970. He graduated from Samsun 19 Mayis Medical Faculty in 1996. He received his general surgery specialty from Istanbul Şişli Etfal Research Hospital in 2002.He worked as general surgeon specialist at Ardahan-Tokat-Mersin and Adana state hospitals, from 2002 to 2014. From 2007 to 2011, he was the chief medical officer at Mersin Toros State Hospital. He worked at Iskenderun Special Gelişim Hospital between 2014 and 2018, then he worked at Antakya Defne Hospital in 2019, Gaziantep Special Akademi Hospital in 2020 and İskenderun Special Palmiye Hospital in 2021. He also serves at Gaziantep Liv Hospital on weekends since 2021. Currently he serves his patients at his own private clinics in İskenderun/HATAY.
Personal life
He is married with 2 children.
