I am Catie Lake. I've been tinkering with tech and whiling away time on the world wide web since I was young.

I am a former broadcaster and broadcast engineer, who retired through disability, before focusing on Internet Services and becoming an online creator.

I started in hospital radio as a teenager, quickly gaining experience through Restricted Service Licence broadcasts (RSLs) and community radio, before founding and running my own stations on-air and online.

In February 2020 I entirely rebuilt my home media workstation. I launched a new career in Podcast Coaching, Media Production & Live Streaming Support.

I am also a female percussionist. My first love is the Bodhrán, an Irish Frame Drum, which I used to play semi-professionally along with my electronic drums and various other hand percussion instruments.
