For my topic of "mass fatality incident" I plan to add components in order to make it a more informational article for the public. As it stands, the article contains somewhat of a main idea of what the topic is about, but it lacks a deeper dive into the more detailed content. I like how the article has examples of MFI listed and they're linked to existing wikipedia pages. I would want to focus on adding more content to the response section of the article because it seems to be lacking details. I have previously taken an emergency response class which has provided me with useful content in that specific category.

Bibliography for article:

  • Introduction to Emergency Management by Michael K. Lindell, Carla Prater, Ronald W. Perry
  • cdc.gov [1]
  • www.ntsb.gov [2]
  • aha.org [3]

I included region specific examples above that I found useful on the topic of dealing with MFIs. Comparing the knowledge of the different sources can better help to get an understanding of the best response tactics.
