The The United Kingdom Ukulele Orchestra (TUKUO) is a musical group based in Germany but originated from United Kingdom. They play and sing music from a variety of musical genres, all on the ukulele.
History
[edit]Founded in 2009, by Peter Moss, a Musical Director and Arranger for the Sony award winning “News Huddlines” that ran weekly for 27 years from the BBCs Broadcasting House in London. The ensemble started out as a small group with players linked with Peter. It wasn't until 2009 when the ensemble was joined by other players. This allowed the group to grow and gain popularity.
