The additions to the articles look great! Everything is pretty thoroughly cited and adds to the way that race affects how capital punishment is distributed.

First Section

The first section looks good, I would just maybe add a sentence as to why these statistics are important to reference, because it is a little abrupt.

Second Section

In the second section, I think you should just put a citation of after your first sentences with the claims about how slavery/lynchings connect to capital punishment. Another small edit might be moving the first sentence of the second paragraph (Following the end of slavery..) after the first sentence of the first paragraph to improve the flow.

Third Section

One small edit for this section would maybe adding some statistics to the sentence "This caused the prison population to turn mostly Black by the 1990s whereas it was mostly white in previous years." as I think it would help further illuminate this big change.

This article is really good and informative overall!
