A page to throw together my notes on the five redlinks currently (February 2011) at Lister Medal. Must remember to create redirects as well and (where necessary) add to any name disambiguation (i.e. set index) pages. Need to also consider what article titles to create the articles at - the default is first name + surnanme, and then see what disambiguator fits best if any is needed.

- Lister Medal award.[1] Oration date (4 April 1952) and title: 'After Fifty-Six Years'.
- Take care not to confuse with James Learmonth Gowans (might as well expand that one as well). Apart from the Lister Medal details, a James Learmonth is mentioned in Regius Professor of Surgery (Aberdeen) and in Sheila Sherlock. There is also a mention of a James R. Learmonth in Thromboangiitis obliterans.
