Criteria and plans for deciding on votes

Inspired by User:Jd2718/jd2718_ArbCom_notes, with some additions of my own, these are the criteria I will use to help me decide how to vote.

1. List names I recognise
2. Read the statements - make notes
3. Read the questions - make notes
4. Read the voting pages - make notes
5. Peruse last 500 edits at random - make notes
6. Peruse first 500 edits at random - make notes
7. Look for signs of being patient and diplomatic
8. Look for signs of being able to reason and explain
9. Look for signs of being able to discuss and work with others
10. Look for signs of being fair and objective
11. Look for signs of being decisive and productive
12. Look at experience in dispute resolution
13. Review notes and decide which way to vote
14. Review my votes and look for inconsistencies
15. Update this page and add link to here in signature
16. Add votes to the voting pages
17. Change signature back to normal

Before the nomination period opened, my awareness of the candidates ranged from "never heard of them" to "wow, she's running?". The candidates are sorted below into three categories: (1) Never heard of them before; (2) Recognise the name, but not familiar with them; (3) Have interacted with this candidate before.
